  • 2-4 teaspoons garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup parsley chopped finely
  • 1/8 cup chives chopped finely
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Combine the softened butter, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, and chives in a bowl and mix well.
    Serve right away or refrigerate and use later.

Notes

If you don’t have fresh garlic, swap it for 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. 
You can use it right away, but if you refrigerate it overnight the flavors will build, and it will taste better the 2nd day.
