Garlic Parmesan Pull Apart Bread is the ultimate side dish to devour with your favorite Italian dishes. French bread with a crispy exterior, mozzarella, parmesan, and garlic butter in every bite.

I know in the world of low carb eating, bread is a thing of the past! Well, I don’t think it gets much better than this pull apart garlic cheesy bread and once you try it, I am sure you will agree.

Ingredients

  • Loaf of French Bread
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Oregano

Directions

Step 1: Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Using a sharp serrated knife, cut lines in a zig-zag shape on the top layer of the bread. Be careful not to cut through to the bottom.

Step 3: Combine melted butter and garlic in a bowl. Add the butter to the bread, making sure to cover the entire loaf.

Step 4: Add parmesan and mozzarella cheese to the French bread loaf. Be sure to push it down so it gets inside the cut bread.

Step 5: Tightly wrap the garlic parmesan pull apart bread in a piece of aluminum foil. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes, then remove the foil. Cook for an additional 10 – 12 minutes or until it’s golden brown and the cheese has melted.

Step 6: Sprinkle with chopped fresh oregano and parsley.

Step 7: Serve and enjoy!
