Air Fryer Twisted Garlic Butter Breadsticks Ingredients

  • Pizza dough
  • Butter
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt
  • Parsley
  • Garlic Powder

How to make Breadsticks in the Air Fryer 

Step One: Shape the breadsticks

Divide the dough and shape it into breadsticks. Make sure to make them small enough that they sit in the air fryer basket. Don’t overlap them!

Step Two: Twist the dough

Before adding the breadsticks to the air fryer, twist the dough together and then place them in the basket.

Step Three: Combine toppings

Mix the seasonings and the butter, and then apply to the top of the breadsticks.

Step Four: Cook

Cook the breadsticks at 350 degrees for 6 minutes.

Serve and enjoy dipping in your favorite marinara sauce! 

Expert Tips 

The breadsticks will swell while cooking, so make sure to leave plenty of room in the air fryer basket. You may have to do 3-4 rounds of baking to cook them all. (be patient – they’re worth it!) 

If you want to change the topping, go for it! I’m a huge fan of adding melted butter on top and then sprinkling parmesan cheese on it as well! 

Let the breadsticks cool slightly after they’re done cooking. This helps them not be so hot and gives them a nice chew when you bite into them.
