How To Make A Salted Caramel Cookie Skillet

Step 1: Make the cookie batter

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a bowl, whisk together the butter, salt, brown sugar, and white sugar until combined.

Whisk in the almond extract and crack in the egg, continuing to whisk until a smooth mixture is formed.

Mix in the baking soda and flour and gently blend until the dough is formed.

Gently fold in the white chocolate chunks, toffee bits, and crushed pretzels into the dough.

Step 2: Lightly press the dough into a cast iron skillet. Then sprinkle with white chocolate and crushed pretzel bits. Bake for 30 minutes.
