  • White sugar
  • Brown sugar
  • Eggs
  • Sour Cream
  • Flour
  • Baking Powder
  • Salt
  • Vanilla
  • Cinnamon
  • Powdered sugar

  1. Prepare streusel topping by mixing the butter, sugar flour, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 and spray a 9×13 pan with non-stick spray or you can use parchment paper.
  3. Using a mixing bowl, combine the butter and sugar. Once they are mixed you add in the salt, vanilla, sour cream and eggs then mix well.
  4. Pour in half of the flour and mix well. Once the flour is mixed in well then mix in the rest of the flour along with the baking powder.
  5. Pour into the baking pan and sprinkle with the streusel topping.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Prepare the icing by mixing the powdered sugar, heavy cream, and cinnamon. Once the cake is cooled drizzle it over the cake and serve the sour cream coffee cake. Enjoy!

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream or milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
