This incredible Grilled Chicken Wrap is filled with fresh strawberries, bacon, parmesan cheese, spinach, and it’s drizzled in a homemade strawberry poppyseed dressing. Wrapped in a spinach wrap, you will enjoy every bite of your lunch or dinner!

Raise your hand if you get tired of cooking all the time and crave something fresh, but filling! I know I sure do! This is one of my favorite easy chicken recipes because it’s pretty much effortless to make.

In addition to being delicious and filling, it’s also family-friendly and even your kids are happy to devour it. Plus, the strawberry poppy seed dressing is so good you could practically drink it with a straw! Not even kidding!

🍓 Ingredients

Don’t worry, you don’t need a lot of ingredients to make these easy chicken wraps.

  • 3 cups Cooked chicken breast, thighs, or rotisserie (chopped)
  • Spinach Wraps (6)
  • 3 cups Fresh Spinach Leaves
  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries sliced evenly
  • 6-8 pieces of cooked bacon
  • 1/2 – 1 cup Parmesan Cheese

For the dressing

  • 1 cup Quartered Strawberries
  • 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Poppyseeds

⏲️ Directions

Wraps are fantastic for meal prepping, serving at dinner parties, or enjoying an easy lunch. There are no wrong answers when it comes to this grilled chicken wrap recipe.

1. Prepare the strawberry poppyseed dressing by adding strawberries, apple cider vinegar, sugar, olive oil, and poppyseed to a food processor or blender. Combine until smooth and there are no lumps.

2. Lay out the spinach wrap and top with spinach leaves to six wraps.

3. Add 1/2 cup of the cooked chicken to each wrap.

4. Place 2-4 half pieces of bacon on the wraps.

5. Add 1/4 cup of fresh sliced strawberries.

6. Sprinkle as much parmesan as you want.

7. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon (or more if preferred) of the strawberry dressing.

8. Roll up the wrap, cut in half, and enjoy!

NOTE: If you cook the chicken instead of buying a rotisserie chicken, you will just need to cook it in a cast-ironed skillet with olive oil. I added lemon-pepper seasoning to mine to add some extra flavor. Cook 6-8 minutes or until 165 degrees F.

🥣 Storage

Add ingredients except for the dressing and wrap tightly in a piece of plastic wrap. Then store in the fridge for up to 5 days. Eat cold and drizzle strawberry dressing right before serving.

🥬 Variations

There is no end to ways you can adjust and add variety to this grilled chicken wrap recipe. Let’s take a look at these ideas:

  • Blueberries: Either add some blueberries in addition to the strawberries or replace the strawberries completely.
  • Leaf Lettuce: Swap the spinach for any of your favorite lettuce.
  • Gluten-Free: Swap the spinach wrap for your favorite gluten free wrap. It will taste fabulous and easily fit into your gluten-free diet.
  • Salad: Yes! You can turn this wrap into a delicious salad instead of a grilled chicken wrap. Just add everything except for the wrap into a bowl. Add dressing and indulge.
  • Cheese: Exchange the parmesan for feta or goat cheese. Those are both tangy options that taste fabulous.
  • Nuts: Add some walnuts, pecans, or almonds for a fun crunch.
  • Turkey Bacon: If you prefer turkey bacon, you are in luck. It’s a great alternative to regular bacon and tastes excellent.
