Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4 whole pickles
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 slices bacon

Instructions

  • Cut the whole pickles in half and use a small spoon to remove the centers of the pickles. Dry each pickle off with a paper towel.
  • Fill each pickle piece with cream cheese. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Take a slice of bacon and wrap the pickle. (I cut my bacon in half, but you can add the whole slice if you want)
  • Placed the wrapped dill pickles in the air fryer basket and cook at 385 for 25 minutes. Keep in mind each air fryer is a little bit different and you may need to adjust the cooking time. They are done cooking when the bacon on the pickle appetizers is crispy. Serve with ranch dressing and enjoy!

Notes

How to bake bacon wrapped pickles:

Place the wrapped dill pickles on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until you have crispy bacon.
