- 3 avocados fresh
- 1 small red onion chopped
- 1 medium tomato
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons taco seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pinch cayenne pepper
Cut the avocados in half, then remove the pit. Scoop the flesh out and place in a medium sized bowl.
Mince the fresh herbs, chop the onion, and dice the tomato.
Smash the avocado until mostly smooth, but a few small chunks remain.
Add the other ingredients to the avocado and combine.
Serve with tacos, burritos, or chips and guac! Enjoy!
You can swap the cilantro for parsley, oregano or any other fresh herbs.
Use fresh lemon and lime juice.
It's fine to swap red onions for yellow or white onions.
Add diced jalapenos to make spicy.
