Ingredients

  • 1 pound rotini pasta or your favorite pasta noodles
  • 1/2 medium red onion
  • 1/2 cup black olives
  • 1 bell pepper any color
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes grape or cherry
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1/2 cup banana peppers
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 bottle zesty italian dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup parsley or your favorite herbs, optional

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Rinse with cold water.
  • Combine the vegetables, seasonings, zesty dressing, and pasta in a large mixing bowl. Mix together well and serve immediately or chill until you are ready to serve.

Notes

Feel free to add in mozzarella balls, artichoke hearts, or mushrooms.
