Blackstone Griddle Shrimp Fajitas are my new favorite dish! They come together in mere minutes and taste out of this world. This easily customizable recipe is sure to be popular with your family.

Oil Blackstone and add onions & peppers.

Cover veggies and cook. Flip occasionally until desired doneness.

Add butter or oil to griddle and toss on shrimp. Season and flip until cooked all the way.

Serve with tortillas or eat as a fajita bowl.
