Easy Turkey Sliders

Sink your teeth into these Ultimate Turkey Sliders with Bacon and Cheese! They are incredible and super easy to make. Buttery Hawaiian rolls, swiss cheese, Colby Jack cheese, crispy bacon, and turkey!

Ingredients

  • 1 package Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • 8 ounces turkey deli or leftover turkey
  • 4 slices swiss cheese
  • 4 slices colby jack cheese
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon spicy mustard
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  • Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9 x 13 baking pan.
  • Slice open the Hawaiian rolls with a serrated knife. If possible try to keep the rolls attached to each other. Put the bottoms of the Hawaiian rolls on the bottom of the pan.
  • Add a layer of turkey, bacon, swiss cheese, another layer of turkey, and a layer of Colby Jack cheese. Add the tops back onto the rolls.
  • Melt butter in the microwave. Then add in the spicy mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and poppy seeds. Whisk until combined. Use a basting brush to brush the mixture on top of the rolls.
  • Let the rolls sit for 5-10 minutes to allow the buttery goodness to seep down into them.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for 5 minutes to brown up the tops.
  • Cut sliders with a sharp knife and enjoy!

Notes

Storage: Keep leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Reheating: Microwave for 20-30 seconds or until hot.
Variations: Add some minced onion, leftover Thanksgiving turkey, ham, dijon mustard, or any other variety of cheese.
Add Veggies: Feel free to add onions, lettuce, tomatoes or any other veggies you like.
