- 3 salmon frozen
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander
Begin by preheating your air fryer to 350 degrees.
Place frozen pieces of salmon in the air fryer basket. While salmon is cooking, combine the mustard, olive oil, lemon juice and seasonings together, mixng well.
Cook for 7 minutes, then brush both pieces of salmon with the sauce. Increase the heat to 370 °F and cook for 7 more minues.
