- 1 pound green beans fresh
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons garlic minced, (add more if desired)
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shredded
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place green beans in casserole dish. Sprinkle in garlic, melted butter, salt and pepper.
Roast for 15 minutes, stir, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Cook for an additional 5 minutes. Serve immediatly.
Adjust the amount of butter as desired.
Add in your favorite seasonings, Italian, red pepper flakes, or herbs as desired.
