- 2 pounds chicken thighs cut into bite sized pieces
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt plain
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh squeezed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons ginger paste
- 2 teaspoons paprika sweet or smoked
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 3 teaspoons turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 cup minced cilantro
Combine pieces of chicken, yogurt, spices, garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix well. Marinate chicken for 1 hour in the fridge.
Add chicken to skewers and place in basket of air fryer. (you may need to cut down skewers so they fit)
Cook the tandoori chicken skewers for 15 minutes at 370 degrees. Flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Repeat until all kebabs are cooked.
Add chopped cilantro as a garnish and serve.
