Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken thighs cut into bite sized pieces
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons ginger paste
  • 2 teaspoons paprika sweet or smoked
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 3 teaspoons turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 cup minced cilantro

Instructions

  • Combine pieces of chicken, yogurt, spices, garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix well. Marinate chicken for 1 hour in the fridge.
  • Add chicken to skewers and place in basket of air fryer. (you may need to cut down skewers so they fit)
  • Cook the tandoori chicken skewers for 15 minutes at 370 degrees. Flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Repeat until all kebabs are cooked.
  • Add chopped cilantro as a garnish and serve.
