- 1 cup butter salted or unsalted, softened
- 2-4 teaspoons garlic minced
- 1/4 cup parsley chopped finely
- 1/8 cup chives chopped finely
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Combine the softened butter, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, and chives in a bowl and mix well.Serve right away or refrigerate and use later.
If you don't have fresh garlic, swap it for 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
You can use it right away, but if you refrigerate it overnight the flavors will build, and it will taste better the 2nd day.
