Ingredients

  • 1-2 pounds chicken breast boneless, skinless
  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 cup milk or buttermilk
  • 3/4 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • peanut oil

Instructions

  • Combine egg, milk or buttermilk and pickle juice together in a bowl. Mix well. Add chicken nuggets and marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes – 1 hour.
  • Start heating peanut oil over medium-high heat until it’s 375 degrees. Combine flour with seasonings, cornstarch, and powdered sugar.
    Take chicken out of pickle juice and shake off excess. Coat with the flour mixture.
  • Fry Chick Fil A chicken nuggets in hot oil and drain on a paper towel. Serve and enjoy!
