- 36 Oreos
- 1 package cream cheese
- 12 ounces pink candy melts
- 1/2 cup white candy melts
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- spinkles pink
- gold sanding sugar
Prepare the Oreo Balls
Crush the Oreos in a plastic bag using a rolling pin. Use a food processor instead if you prefer. Mix the cream cheese and crushed Oreos until combined well. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and add them to a parchment-lined tray, storing them in the fridge until ready.
Coat the Oreo Balls
Melt the pink candy melts in the microwave on high for 3 minutes, stirring every minute. Add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and mix to combine. Transfer the melted chocolate to a dipping jar or suitable dipping bowl. Use toothpicks to dip the Oreo balls into the chocolate, tapping them lightly on the side of the jar to remove excess chocolate. Add the coated Oreo balls to the parchment-lined sheet and fill any toothpick holes with chocolate. Decorate the Oreo Balls
Melt the white candy melts in the microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring every minute. Add the remaining coconut oil and mix. Place the chocolate in a frosting bag and make a small corner cut.Drizzle the chocolate over each ball and top with the sprinkle mix and sanding sugar while the drizzle is still wet. Allow the balls to set for 10 minutes or until hardened.
