- 4 pounds country style ribs
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup cold water
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium or regular
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce any variety
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Combine the brown sugar, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, water, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl or the insert of your instant pot. Place ribs inside and marinate for 30- 45 minutes.
Pressure cook on manual for 17 minutes, then do a natural release for 10 minutes, followed by a quick release.
Add your favorite barbecue sauce all over the ribs. Broil for 3-6 minutes or until the sauce has begun to caramelize. Serve and enjoy!
