- 4-6 cups lettuce chopped
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese cubed
- 4 ounces colby jack cubed
- 4 ounces turkey cubed
- 4 ounces ham cubed
- 1 cup tomatoes
- 2 medium cucumbers sliced or diced
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 1/4 red onion chopped
- 3 slices bacon cooked and crumbled, optional
- 1/2 cup croutons optional
- 1 cup dressing Thousand Island or Ranch
Using whatever variety of greens you want, chop them into bite-sized pieces and add to a large salad bowl.
Top the lettuce with ham, turkey, cheddar and colby jack cheese.
Add cucumber slices, tomatoes, red onions, croutons, bacon, and hard boiled eggs.
Drizzle the cobb salad with your favorite dressing and toss. Serve and Enjoy!
