Ingredients

  • 4-6 cups lettuce chopped
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese cubed
  • 4 ounces colby jack cubed
  • 4 ounces turkey cubed
  • 4 ounces ham cubed
  • 1 cup tomatoes
  • 2 medium cucumbers sliced or diced
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/4 red onion chopped
  • 3 slices bacon cooked and crumbled, optional
  • 1/2 cup croutons optional
  • 1 cup dressing Thousand Island or Ranch

Instructions

  • Using whatever variety of greens you want, chop them into bite-sized pieces and add to a large salad bowl.
  • Top the lettuce with ham, turkey, cheddar and colby jack cheese.
  • Add cucumber slices, tomatoes, red onions, croutons, bacon, and hard boiled eggs.
  • Drizzle the cobb salad with your favorite dressing and toss. Serve and Enjoy!
