This Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich recipe is made with fried chicken that is smothered in buffalo sauce and drizzled in ranch dressing and with pickles!Served on a bun and your favorite sides!
Take a sharp knife and cut the chicken pieces horizontally so you end up with 4 pieces total.
Combine the eggs and milk in a medium sized bowl. Then in a separate bowl mix together the seasonings, flour, and crushed crackers together. Dip the chicken back and forth between the egg mixture and flour mixture until it’s completely coated, dipping two times in each.
Place the pieces of chicken in a fryer with hot oil that is 350 degrees. Cook until the chicken reaches 165 °. It’s fine to pan fry as well, but be sure to flip it halfway.
Pour sauce into a bowl and dip the chicken into the wing sauce. Put in your air fryer basket and cook for 6-10 minutes or until the sauce has begun to dry some and not be so wet.
Place the spicy chicken on a bun, drizzle with ranch dressing and add your favorite toppings or enjoy without the bun.
Notes
Add any seasonings that you like to the batter. We keep it very simple and only use salt and pepper but cayenne would be great! Also, garlic powder and onion powder would be good too.
