How To Make Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
Step 1: Prepare Chicken
Take a sharp knife and cut the chicken pieces horizontally so you end up with 4 pieces total.
Step 2: Make Breading
Combine the eggs and milk in a medium sized bowl. Then in a separate bowl mix together the seasonings, flour, and crushed crackers together. Dip the chicken back and forth between the egg mixture and flour mixture until it’s completely coated, dipping two times in each.
Step 3: Fry the chicken
Place the pieces of chicken in a fryer with hot oil that is 350 degrees. Cook until the chicken reaches 165 °. It’s fine to pan fry as well, but be sure to flip it halfway.
Step 4: Air Fry Chicken
Pour sauce into a bowl and dip the chicken into the wing sauce. Put in your air fryer basket and cook for 6-10 minutes or until the sauce has begun to dry some and not be so wet.
Step 5: Assemble
Place the spicy chicken on a bun with your favorite toppings or enjoy without the bun.

Sure! If you would rather not use the air fryer that is fine. You can also bake the chicken at 375 for 10-12 minutes. This step is really to allow the breading to soak the wing sauce and not be so wet.
After the chicken has cooled, place it in a sealed container. Refrigerate up to 4 days. Reheat in the air fryer for 3-4 minutes or until hot.
