These Oreo Cheesecake Bars are insanely good! You feel like you are being sinful when you sink your teeth into them.

Ingredients

  • Brownie Layer:
  • • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
  • • ¾ cup granulated white sugar
  • • 2 large room temperature eggs
  • • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • • 2 ½ tablespoons cocoa powder
  • • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • • 16 Oreos
  • Cheesecake Layer
  • • 12 ounces softened cream cheese
  • • ½ cup granulated white sugar
  • • 1 ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • • ¼ cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
  • Topping
  • • ¼ cup chocolate chips (white)
  • • 5 Crushed Oreos

Instructions
