Chewy soft cookies with melted Hershey’s chocolate, white chocolate, and marshmallows go together to make insane S’mores Cookies. Chocoholics and smores fanatics will be screaming in delight when they sink their teeth into these beauties.

Incredibly Easy Smores Cookies Recipe
I have always been a huge fan of chocolate, so when I was a kid and introduced to s’mores I immediately fell in love. Unfortunately, I don’t always have access to an open flame to make traditional s’mores. After some practice and trial and error, I have finally made some dreamy cookies that will knock your socks off.
While there are many things I enjoy about these easy smores cookies, the thing I love the most is watching my kids eat them. Their faces light up and my youngest always ends up with gooey chocolate everywhere. It’s adorable and tells me they are a hit. Even my hard to please husband has raved about how soft and chewy they are.
How To Make S’mores Cookies
You can quickly whip up a batch or two of these sensational cookies, and have lots of time left in your day. Take a look:
First Step: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Second Step: Place graham crackers in a large ziplock bag and crush them by rolling a rolling pin over the bag until they are a fine dust. Or add them to a food processor and pulse a few times.
Third Step: Use a mixer to combine the brown sugar and melted butter.
Fourth Step: Add the eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture and combine for 30 seconds – 1 minute.
Fifth Step: Sprinkle in the flour, graham crackers, baking powder, and salt into the bowl and mix until just incorporated.
Sixth Step: Gently fold in the white chocolate chips, chopped up Hershey bars, and marshmallows.
Seventh Step: Use a large cookie scoop and add 6 cookie balls to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Eighth Step: Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes. Remove the cookie sheet from the oven and let cool on the pan for 5 minutes. Then use a spatula to place them on a wire cooling rack. Repeat the process until all cookies have been baked.
Optional S’mores Cookie Ideas
I truly can’t get enough of these intense and delicious cookies, just the way they are. However, if I am feeling a little festive or in the mood for something fun, I will add some extra ingredients. Here are a few ideas that you could try out:
- Chocolate Chips – If you don’t have candy bars on hand, you could always use some semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips. If you use milk chocolate they will be sweeter like the original recipe.
- Peanut Butter Chips – I am a huge peanut butter lover. Sprinkle in 1/2 cup of peanut butter chips to the batter for even more flavor.
- Walnuts – Sprinkle some walnuts into the cookies and your heart is sure to go pitter-patter.
