How to make Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Asparagus

Step 1: Prep the asparagus

Begin by washing the fresh asparagus and trimming the tough ends to ensure they’re tender. Set them aside.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, black crushed pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss the trimmed asparagus in this flavorful mixture until they are evenly coated.
  • Divide your seasoned asparagus into 8 bundles. Take a strip of bacon and wrap it securely around each bundle, ensuring it’s snugly in place.

Step 3: Air Fry

Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. While it’s heating up, place the bacon-wrapped asparagus bundles on the air fryer basket or tray.

Make sure to leave some space between them to allow for even cooking.

Cook the bacon-wrapped asparagus bundles in the air fryer for approximately 12-15 minutes, turning them over halfway through the cooking time.
