🧄 Recipe FAQs

Are Lobster Tails healthy to eat?

Yep! They are filled with magnesium, omega-3 fatty acids, protein, and selenium. Plus, they are low calorie and a great source of vitamin E as well.

Can I use fresh lobster tails?

Sure! I used frozen lobster for this air fryer lobster tail recipe because where we are located we don’t have the option for fresh fish. So, frozen was the way to go for us. However, if you live where you can buy it fresh, then by all means choose that! You can simply skip thawing and go right to cooking.

Do I have to thaw the lobster tails?

Absolutely! Thawing the lobster ensures that is going to be an amazing texture and will taste better. If you skip thawing it’s going to be super tough and will feel like you wasted your money.

Pampered Chef Pick

It’s not a huge secret that I am obsessed with Pampered Chef! I can’t have too many Pampered Chef items and am more than happy to fill my kitchen up with their gadgets. For this air fryer lobster tail recipe, the key item I used was the air fryer of course, and then the Kitchen Shears.

If you don’t have a pair of their shears yet, you NEED them! You can cut bacon, chicken, veggies, or in this case the tails of a lobster.

I do not receive any sort of compensation for these opinions, they are simply my opinions.
