Anything involving pizza is bound to get my attention. I came across a TikTok video the other day with Italian bread, and I decided to put my own spin on it. And it turned out INSANELY good!

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to use fresh mozzarella?

Nope! You can stick with low moisture shredded mozzarella if you’d rather. We love the extra flavor it gives and makes it more like a pizzeria instead of traditional pizza.

Can you air fry French bread pizza?

Yes, but you will need to cut the bread, so it fits in your air fryer before cooking. You’ll also need to work in batches.

What toppings can I use?

Anything you like, really! We went with traditional pepperoni pizza, but you can add all sorts of things. Hamburger, pork sausage, Italian sausage, onions, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, and the list goes on and on!
